Return & Exchange Policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
We also offer an order modification service if your order has not yet been shipped. If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us at info@magicants.com as soon as possible.
Returns or Replacements
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 15 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
You have two options:
1. Return
We accept returns only for items shipped by us if the item is faulty due to our error (e.g., incorrect item or damaged item). The item(s) must be returned along with proof of purchase.
Please note that some products are non-returnable, including:

Personalized or custom-made products

Products damaged due to reasons not caused by Magic Ants

Products damaged during transportation
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at order@magicants.com with your order details and proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost. If the return is due to a quality issue or an error on our part, we will reimburse the return shipping cost. However, for returns due to other reasons, the shipping cost is non-refundable.
2. Replacement
If the item is incorrect due to our mistake (e.g., we sent the wrong item), we are happy to resend the correct product at no additional cost.
If the item is damaged during transportation, we can resend the product to you on the condition that you cover part of the shipping cost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
If the item was damaged in transit and you believe returning it is too inconvenient, we may offer a partial refund as compensation for the loss, depending on the situation.
