Design and Prototyping
Our designers sketch the concept and then build physical prototypes by hand, testing every fold and cut to ensure the pop-up mechanism works perfectly. This process can take weeks of iteration before a design is approved.
Precision Printing
Once the design is finalized, it is printed on premium card stock using high-resolution printing technology. Color accuracy and print quality are critical - every detail must be crisp and vibrant.
Cutting and Assembly
